Important Information for Parent/Teacher Conferences
Conference Schedule: Parent/Teacher conferences will begin four weeks after the new school year starts. Please be aware that no conferences will be scheduled after the third week in May.
How to Schedule: To request a conference, please fill out the Parent/Teacher Conference Request Form available on our website.
Available Days and Times: Conferences are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:20 AM to 7:40 AM. We do not schedule conferences on Tuesdays or during testing days. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to confirm your appointment.
Punctuality: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your conference. If you arrive late, the conference will need to be rescheduled, as teachers must be on time for their classes.
No-Show Policy: Parents who miss two or more scheduled conferences will need to meet with an Administrator to arrange future conferences.
Testing Days: Conferences will not be scheduled during statewide or school testing days. Please refer to the school website for the testing schedule.
Types of Conferences:
Face-to-Face: You may request two or more teachers to attend.
Online/Virtual: You will receive an email with the date and time. The host will invite you into the TEAMS meeting promptly at 7:20 AM.
One-on-One Conferences: Please note that we do not offer one-on-one Parent/Teacher conferences.
