Announcement Request Form 2025–2026

Please read before submitting a request:

  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Requests may only be made for approved events or sporting reports. All submissions will be verified with Administration and Mrs. Ruthie.

  • When you submit this form, it does not automatically collect your name or email. Please provide this information where requested.

  • You must submit one request per day. If you want your announcement read on multiple days, you must submit multiple forms.

  • Announcements may run for a maximum of 3 consecutive days. To keep students engaged, we recommend slightly changing your wording if repeating announcements.
