The FLHS volleyball team gives students an exciting and challenging experience that develops skill, teamwork, and personal growth. Through regular practices and competitive matches, players improve their serving, setting, hitting, and defensive techniques while learning to read the game and anticipate opponents’ moves. Volleyball emphasizes communication, trust, and quick decision-making, as every play relies on coordination and support among teammates. Each player contributes to the team’s success by mastering their role and staying engaged on every rally. Over the course of the season, students build confidence, resilience, and leadership while proudly representing FLHS with dedication, sportsmanship, and school pride.
