Since 1915, Fort Lauderdale High School has been meeting the academic and social needs of Broward County’s best and brightest students.  We offer a rigorous curriculum, award-winning 4-A athletics programs, and a broad spectrum of clubs and activities including a nationally-ranked debate team.  Our students receive a full college-preparatory experience, and many move on to study at some of the finest universities in the country.  Our twenty-five acre campus in beautiful downtown Fort Lauderdale has been recently renovated and now includes new, state-of-the-art classroom facilities, a brand-new aquatic center, and a two-story cafeteria and new media center.  Additional classroom facilities and administrative offices are currently under construction and should be completed this year.  Within a safe, creative, and nurturing environment, Fort Lauderdale High School provides students with a personalized education experience enabling them to become productive members of tomorrow’s global economy.

Annual Customer Survey

NEWSLETTER/ WEB NOTIFICATION

The Broward County Public School’s 2012-13 Annual Customer Survey of our District's students, instructional staff, and teachers is underway. This year's surveys will be administered online to all students in grades 3 through 12, to all full-time instructional staff/teachers, and to all parents/guardians. Student and Teacher surveys will be administered from February 19, 2013 to March 15, 2013. Parent surveys will be administered online beginning February 11, 2013 and will run through March 21, 2013. The Parent Survey is available online through Virtual Counselor: Click Here.

If you do not have access to a computer, you may request a paper copy by contacting Fort Lauderdale High School at 754-322-1100.

It is important for students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents/guardians to participate to ensure that valid conclusions can be drawn from the results.  We appreciate the advice students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents/guardians give us each year and encourage everyone to take a few minutes to participate.

Following administration, student, teacher, and parent data will be analyzed and summarized in individual school reports. Results will be available in April 2013.
