If you do not have access to a computer, you may request a paper copy by contacting Fort Lauderdale High School at 754-322-1100.
It is important for students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents/guardians to participate to ensure that valid conclusions can be drawn from the results. We appreciate the advice students, instructional staff/teachers, and parents/guardians give us each year and encourage everyone to take a few minutes to participate.
Following administration, student, teacher, and parent data will be analyzed and summarized in individual school reports. Results will be available in April 2013.
